I remember 2003, just graduating college, I was in the best since sophomore year in high school. I remember sophomore year, I could run 5 miles, no problem. 2003, I could bench 400lbs, no problem. I dropped a lot of weight. Then something happen. Life. I stopped lifting weights. Stopped exercising. 2010, I am probably in the WORST shape of my life and on top of that, I fear of future health issues. If I want to live to see my future kids grow up and to grow old with the one I love, something needs to change.
I am not a fan of the surgery to fix my weight and health issues. It should be the LAST resort. I have lost weight in the past and I know I can do it again. So, today I have decided to record my progress on my blog about the things I am doing to get myself into better health and shape. I will be posting progress not only in post, but as well in the sidebar. I hope you join me on this journey of losing me. I need the encouragement. First 3 things I will be doing.
- Recording Calorie Count
- Walking 30 minutes at least 3x a week
- 6 Week 200 Squat Workout
I just did an exhaustion test for the 200 squat program.
